Water Treatment Applications
Typical application routes for UV, ozone and integrated treatment. These are capability areas—not claims that one standard model fits every project.
Common duties
Choose by water and treatment objective
Process Water
UV, ozone or integrated treatment for manufacturing, rinsing, storage and recirculation duties.
Product and Utility Water
Microbial control and oxidation routes selected around product risk, sanitation and water chemistry.
Wastewater & Reuse
Open-channel UV, closed-vessel UV or ozone treatment for effluent and reclaimed-water objectives.
Recirculating Water
UV and carefully controlled ozone integration around stock sensitivity, turnover and water quality.
Supplemental Oxidation
Compact or commercial ozone with UV and filtration for circulation-water management.
Packaged Treatment Skids
UV chambers, ozone platforms, supporting equipment and controls coordinated for integrators.
Typical treatment routes
Technology combinations, not fixed recipes
These routes illustrate engineering logic. Final sequencing and equipment depend on the actual water analysis and performance target.
Filtration → UV
For direct microbial control where UVT and solids are suitable.
Ozone → Contact → UV
For oxidation duties followed by a final UV barrier.
Ozone → Carbon → UV
For oxidation followed by residual removal and final disinfection where appropriate.
Pretreatment → Open-Channel UV
For gravity-flow wastewater and reclaimed-water disinfection.
